All normal gametype rules apply unless otherwise stated below.
Game IDs
You can find your game id for hon through the heroes of newerth website. By logging in and loading your player stats you can get your game ID from the end of the URL eg http://www.heroesofnewerth.com/playe....php?aid=12345 the game id to be used on ED is 12345
Playing the game
The Heroes of Newerth player profile link of the host should be posted in the match comments, clans should make a private game and one player from the opposing team should add the host to the friend list and they should be invited to the game (make this clear and arrange this in the match comments)
For the moment green ticks are not required to be eligable to play however you must enter a hon guid
The default game mode to be played is banning pick, unless otherwise stated.
You can not play with developer heroes beta enabled
The default team size is 5v5 unless otherwise stated, you CAN NOT play with less members than the designated team size due to the share of gold at the beginning of the game, eg 5v5 both teams must have 5 players.
Once the game has been completed, the match ID should be posted in the match comments.
The score for the game will be calculated by maps not kills, eg 1-0 if the home team won the game on one map
More than one map may be played but this needs to be made clear in the match comments
Use of game exploits are not allowed and may result in a ban this is under the admins discretion.
A different game type may be used, however this must be stated in match comments.
A default may be awarded if the opposing team does not join the game before 15 minutes from the advertised game time (20:15 if the game was scheduled for 20:00)
Item restrictions
- 2 Astrolabes per team
- 2 Barrier Idols per Team
- 2 StormSpirits and 2 Totems of Kuldras per team
Back Dooring
Back dooring is not allowed, if you wish to allow back dooring state this in the challenge, back dooring is defined by attacking a tower without the support of a creep wave, towers can be attacked without a creep wave is the tower is less than 10% of its health. This does not apply to base towers once one of the three lanes towers have been all destroyed
