The UKeSA has announced that Enemy Down will be the official home of the UKeSA Leagues and Cups in 2009. With this announcement comes the launch of the PC Gamer – Counter Strike 1.6 UKeSA Open Division Season 1 2009.
The Open Division is the amateur league of UKeSA and offers teams the opportunity to play competitively in the spirit of sport. It is the grassroots of UK competitive gaming and forms the basis of the UKeSA. The number of sign-ups and teams in the Open Division, determines if a game is ready to be taken to the next level - the UKeSA Championship.
