Sweetpatch have posted two new updates for FIFA 09 on the PC.
CEP 7.0 has been released which will allow players to enter new leagues, tournaments, and National Cups. The update also includes edited player ratings and attributes. Download this latest release of CEP 7.0 from Sweetpatch.
The FIFA Master Tools kit has also been updated increasing the modding abilities of the user. The tool set allows for design mods, face creation, kit creation, commentary updates and whole lot more. You can download all of these Master Tools over at Sweetpatch.
