Capcom is set to release a new version of Street Fighter IV. Super SFIV will be a standalone title that will feature eight new characters and other enhancements. Best of all, anyone with both games will get a bonus reward. No price yet, but Capcom has confimed it will be a budget title.
Decerto eSports are looking to pick up where the cancellation of ESGN's XL LAN left off. A team of volunteers from the community site are looking to put on a CoD4 and GoW 360 event at the HMV Gamerbase in Manchester on 17th and 18th October. You can find more info on the LAN here.

New content for Left4Dead is out on Steam and Xbox Live. Crash Course will be available for free to PC gamers and will run you down 5 quid on Live. The DLC features a new campaign with new single and multiplayer gameplay.

Charlie Brooker's Gameswipe airs tonight on BBC4 at 22:00 GMT. The chances of it being incredible are high, so watch it or don't... watch it? Seriously though, it is worth watching.
