Modern Warfare 2 will not have a demo. Nope, not all according to Infinity Ward, who are highly protective over what is their most anticipated release yet.
The Wii is to get a 50 Euro price cut in Europe! However, the UK will see no such thing. Surprised? Didn't think so.
Nintendo is running a contest to find out who the best DS and Wii gamers are in the UK. Contestants can enter via participating stores on 17th and 18th October. The four titles players must compete in are Wii Sports Resort, Mario Kart DS, Wii Fit and New Super Mario Bros DS - not exactly making it a true competitive gaming tournament. However, with 10K and a trip to Japan up for grabs, this is a competition that shouldn't be laughed at. On top of that, all of the finalists - who will compete in London on 30th October - will be sent every Nintendo first-party release for one year.
Splinter Cell: Conviction will shine on the 360 according to one of the title's Producers. Alexandre Parizeau said, "I want to make sure that when the game hits the shelves the disc will 'meld' with your Xbox 360 - it's meant for the Xbox 360 and it will show."
Tony Hawk: Ride will be out on 4th December instead of 20th November. Activision have not given a reason for the delay.
The SKY Player for Xbox Live will be out in the UK this October. Previous reports had penned the date to be sometime in November.
Finally, the iPhone is coming to Orange. Happy news!
