Here is the live blog of the Nintendo Press Conference at E3 2009!
17:17 - LIVE! Sorry for delay. Site was down.
17:18 - You can watch live at: http://e3.nintendo.com/
17:19 - Shaun White came out to demonstrate at Shaun White Snowboarding He has no shoes or socks on. The game uses the Wii Fit board and the controller. Guitar Hero 3 on the Wii is outselling all other consoles. Wii Speak is a new device that uses voice recognition... it is no Natal.
17:22 - Wii Music, Wii Resort games all announced.
17:25 - Now Wii Motion Plus. Makes the Wiimote work in 3D. Pretty cool so far. Wii Sports Resort is first demo. Showed Skydiving. Imagine your Mii is the controller and they move in 3D and you get the picture. Now moved on to archery. Typical Wii fare but still pretty nifty.
17:29 - Reggie and Bill now showing basketball. They are awful. The basketball is cool.
17:31 - Wii Sports Resort out in the States in July. Next up is EA's Tiger Woods & Grand Slam Tennis which will come with Wii Motion Plus.
17:32 - Nintendo is all about the stats. Square Enix and Final Fantasy The Crystal Bearers now. Trailer only.
17:35 - Kingdom Hearts. Now up is Bowser's Inside Story. Game is about Mario and Luigi stuck inside Bowser.
17:36 - Title is out this autumn on the DS in Europe. Golden Sun next.
17:38 - I love how Nintendo use middle age suits to present their briefing. James Patterson's Women's Murder Club up now. Can you catch the killer?
17:40 - I didn't catch the release date on that as Joolz was telling me about how the patents for Natal are for hand geometry and vein recognition... crazy. Anyone else finding this disappointing?
17:41 - Spoke to soon! It's Style Savvy. Uses Wii Fi. You can share outfits, etc...
17:43 - Now a video about why people buy the Nintendo DSi. Wow, it appeals to so many people!
17:45 - DSi Flipbook Studio is awesome. You can create little animations and share them. Also a mini Mario game. Mario vs Donkey Kong - Minis March Again. This is all about user content creation and micro games.
17:48 - DSi will work with Facebook.
17:50 - Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks can be played on show floor at E3.
17:52 - Mr Satoru Iwata, President of Nintendo now on stage. It could get interesting.
17:53 - 296 million people play on consoles in Europe, States and Japan.
17:55 - Iwata is saying we need to make games for a wider audience. Basically, crap gamers like Icarus and awesome gamers like myself.
17:56 - MarioKart was first title to attempt this... um. I think attempt is a good word.
17:59 - Wii Vitality Sensor. Measures pulse.
18:00 - New Mario. It's Mario Galaxy 2. Looks really, really good.
18:05 - The Conduit now. Next up is Resident Evil - which will be at GameOn! London.
18:06 - Capcom have a ton of Wii exclusives.
18:07 - Dead Space: Extraction now.
18:08 - New edgy game from Team Ninja.
18:10 - Metroid!
18:11 - Metroid: Other M out in 2010.
18:12 - All done.

Very disappointing. Metroid looks great though and Mario Galaxy 2 won't disappoint.
