Empire: Total War has a new patch out that will improve the AI and fix minor issues. Changes have been made to the campaign diplomacy settings and how routed soldiers garrison in structures. ie. they won't try to anymore. Nice change.

The title will make its UK debut at GameOn! London (June 20th and 21st) and is out on June 26th, 2009.

It'll be interesting to see how Sky on Live works and how they'll charge for the service, whether it'll be a one off PlayTV type deal or a free service (which I doubt) as the release mentions Premier League football so mucho cash possibilities will pop up in the football chiefs heads and those crazy Microsoft chiefs noodle boxes too, no doubt.

Oh and thank the maker for Monkey Island, it'll be a reason to turn my Xbox back on after a long period of inactivity due to many dire games.
(Bionic Commando, I'm looking at you! I had such high hopes!)

Fuel is also coming out on the PC as well, not mentioned above, it looks like it could be a really good game.

Yes, Fuel looks pretty cool. I was gutted when it was delayed but I guess the wait will be worth it.

Good shout Moonshine. Codemasters have been on a tear when it comes to racers.
