Modern Warfare 2 is going to be one of the best selling games of all-time and since it's announcement there has been no shortage of rumours and leaked information. Here is the list of what has been leaked so far:

No co-op in the campaign, but there will be co-op missions.
Snowmobiles will be in the game although it is not clear if players will be able to drive them. Ice walls can be climbed.
A live-patching system will be used foregoing the need to download patches.
Game will run at 60 frames-per-second.
Riot shields, movable turrets and customized weapons will be in the game.
A stealth mode will be in the game allowing players to avoid gun battles.
The campaign will be longer than Call of Duty 4.
Players will be able to swim.
A Scuba Mission will be included in campaign mode.
Rio De Janeiro is a city in the game.
Siberian Level will feature in campaign mode.
Vehicles will be introduced.
Ken Lally (Wesker from Resident Evil 5) will be a voice.

that sounds great but vehicles dont make the gameplay become cr*p cause it will become all run to the vehicles then once one groups got the cars/bikes it becomes complete on who will win therefore making most gameplay pointless but the rest of the info is great news
