Steam has introduced global gameplay stats for games with Steam Achievements. As grand as that sounds it only really tells you what percentage of players have unlocked each achievement.
New Gears of War 2 DLC is coming our way via the Dark Corners expansion pack. The new content, which extends the single player campaign, is due out on July 28th. It also includes seven multiplayer maps; Allfathers Garden, Memorial, Sanctuary, War Machine, Way Station, Highway, and Nowhere. The total cost for all of this? 15 quid. Not too shabby!
Eurogamer has confirmed they will be running another Eurogamer Expo. The gaming expo will take place in both Leeds and London in October. Tickets for the HMV sponsored event are £6.

Word on the street is that 'Call of Duty,' has been inserted back into the title of Modern Warfare 2.
Konami is releasing new DLC for Metal Gear Online on May 12th. The free update will a new game mode called, 'Race Mission.' The mode pits two teams against each other in a race to pass and defend checkpoints. On May 26th, a second update will add new player features.
eSport Bundesliga, the German equivalent to the UKeSA, has ceased operations due to a copyright infringement. They plan to return once they've sorted their logo issue.
Finally, not much news on the E3 front which takes from June 2nd. Rumours include a motion sensor bar for the 360 and a PS3 price cut. THQ is predicting a PS3 price cut later on this year and not at E3 according to CVG.
