Resident Evil 5's much anticipated 'Versus' mode goes live today on Xbox Live and PSN. The mode allows 4 players to battle online in two game modes; Slayer's Rule and Survivor's Rule. The DLC will run you down about 4 quid.

Konami has confirmed a new Silent Hill game is on the horizon according to EuroGamer. Silent Hill: Shattered Memories will be available on the Wii, PS2 and PSP and should be out in late 2009.
Rumour: Lego Rock Band! Yes, that is right... Rock Band and Lego morphed into one awesome smorgasbord of awesomeness. EA hasn't commented.
