I have forgotten my password, what shall I do?
You should visit the forgotten password page which will ask you to enter your email address. it shall then email you with further instructions.
I can not change my username, why not?
This feature was disabled to prevent misuse, we are looking at reintroducing this feature in the near future.
I no longer have access to the email address I registered with you, what can I do?
If you know your password then you can change it yourself from the "Edit Account" page under the "My ED" menu.
If you do not know your password you should contact support@enemydown.co.uk for further assistance.
